convenient ferryold machinesunpleasant smell
the location was acceptable for my business trip the ferry to the city center was convenient
the gym was quite disappointing it only had a few old machines and the heaviest weight was only 10kg one of the treadmills was broken too and the space had an unpleasant smell the pool was always fully booked making it impossible to use

The breakfast had a world class selection and the price was great! staff was super professional and helpful. Sweden rocks! the location was perfect for the filmstudio gig, just a short walk away. i think the hotel has a modern vibe, like a cool boutique design with a reliable international chain vibe.

the premium room had super comfy beds and all the modern stuff i needed. everything was clean, and the setup was simple. this hotel really gets the room basics right and makes you feel like home.

the hotel has a wellness area and small gym. a jacuzzi with views. i could easily park right outside or in the parking house across the street. the location near the ferry made getting around easy!

the hotel is located in a good business area, just across the river. i walked to the ferry and was in the city center in minutes. it felt safe, and everything was super convenient.

the breakfast included a large variety and really good food! gluten-free options were available. the staff totally catered to allergies and they even made gluten-free stuff on request. i give them top marks for dining!

The breakfast selection I found generous. The staff showed really good professionalism, exactly as expected in sweden. The location offers a quick, secure walk to Filmstudio. I will return here.
The SPA DID feel a little smaller than shown in pictures.

The room included modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Blackout curtains were present to ensure a restful night. Climate control functioned well and allowed setting of a comfortable temperature and fresh air circulation.

The hotel sits close to a ferry terminal. Public transportation offered quick access to the city centre. Restaurants are within easy reach of the hotel and provide different options.

Staff were always available and ready to help with all questions. Check-in was handled efficiently. The staff addressed every request in a PROFESSIONAL way and solved a small issue with my invoice quickly.

The breakfast had plenty of choices, acceptable. The service improved my experience. The upgrade I received for my room certainly helped.
I didn't find a telephone in the room. That was annoying. It means one had to use a mobile to call, if you could find reception number. The location is also not very close to the city.

the staff were so kind and cute i asked them to book my taxi in the morning it worked a treat otherwise it is very tricky to get a taxi. breakfast was good i thought the views were great. from start to finish i enjoyed every second of my stay the staff were pretty good it was very nice.
we booked a superior room and upgraded to a higher floor this is a bit of a scam because the windows are small it doesn't matter which floor you are on. the windows cannot be opened to get fresh air into the room. the room was surprisingly small the toilet had a thin glass sliding door leaving no room for privacy.

i stayed in a premium room and IT had great amenities i found the bed very comfortable the gym was very well equipped i appreciated that. breakfast WAS super varied with fresh bread and freshly squeezed juice i thought it was a great start to the day. the location allowed easy access to offices AND was very close to walking areas i liked that.
the minibar WAS empty which was a little unusual
